1. Agreement to Terms

By using the The Hooded Ravens Roblox Sync application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. You also explicitly agree to comply with the Roblox Terms of Use.

2. Functionality

You agree to allow the App to read your Roblox profile information to appropriately update your Discord roles and nickname based on your Roblox group ranks.

3. Relationship with Roblox

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• These Terms are solely between you (the user) and the developer of this App, not with Roblox Corporation.
• The Hooded Ravens Roblox Sync application is not affiliated with, maintained, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any of its affiliates.
• Roblox Corporation is not responsible or liable for the use of this App or any content related to it.
• Roblox Corporation has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to this App.

4. Waiver of Claims Against Roblox

By using this App, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive and release any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and obligations against Roblox Corporation arising out of or related to your use of this App.
